Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
What You'll Do
- Strategize methods to measure creator understanding of policies and metrics for success of creator education initiatives
- Evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing external EDU content. Drive and implement new external resources for education
- Partner with stakeholders to educate internal teams on policies
- Partner with Product on features roadmap to support creator education at scale
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in content policies or public policies. Preferably from e-commerce integrity or social media background
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to work cross-functionally in ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset with basic data skills, such as SQL and Excel

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $99000 - $217600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
